Ontario pedestrian struck by motorist while helping a turtle

An Ontario woman from Otonabee-South Monaghan Township was recently injured in an unfortunate pedestrian crash. The 44-year-old woman was trying to help a turtle in the middle of the road when she was struck. The collision happened at approximately 10 p.m. on a recent Tuesday, just outside of Peterborough, Ontario.

Police believe that distracted truck driver caused fatal accident

The provincial police in Ontario claim that a distracted truck driver might have caused a fatal multi-car accident along Highway 400 in Toronto. Tragically, the crash resulted in the death of four people, including a 5-year-old. The accident happened on a recent Friday evening.
